Kidney Wellness and Transplant Support Group
The Kidney Wellness and Transplant Support Group meets in person the third Thursday of the month at 6 p.m. at Erie County Medical Center (ECMC) on the third floor in Conference Room C. The address is 462 Grider St, Buffalo, NY 14215.

Meeting information is posted online on ECMC's Transplant Program Facebook group.
A virtual support group created and hosted by ECMC's Transplant Department is also available through Facebook. Our goal is to provide patients with a safe space to learn, connect, and share their experiences.
All dialysis/chronic kidney disease patients, transplant recipients of any organ, living donors, families, and supporters are welcome

Kidney Talk Tuesdays
The NY Center for Kidney Transplantation hosts an education series called "Kidney Talk Tuesdays" for kidney patients and their caregivers! The talks are hosted by professionals in the transplant community as well as kidney patients. The series is held the first Tuesday of every month at 7 p.m. Eastern via Zoom. RSN Online Support Groups
The Renal Support Network hosts two monthly online Kidney Disease Support Groups via Zoom. The Sunday group meets the fourth Sunday of each month at 5 p.m. Eastern. DPC Kidney Chat (by phone)
The Dialysis Patient Citizens Kidney Chat is a telephone group experience with two facilitators: a person living with CKD and a healthcare professional. The program is open to any person living with kidney disease and their family members who have a telephone.
