Walk, step, save - Donate Life Month Challenge - April 1-30

Team Buffalo wants to do something positive to start conversations about organ donation during Donate Life Month.

"Whether it be signing up to donate your organs, having conversations with your loved ones, or joining us in our WALK, STEP, SAVE challenge, you are making a difference," said captain Traci Kozak Krist.

Team Buffalo is preparing for the 2026 Transplant Games of America in Denver, Colorado.

"Please take a few minutes to check out our step challenge," said Traci. "All you need is a smartphone and the willingness to make a small donation to Team Buffalo."

Every step you take not only brings us closer to our goal of promoting organ donation, but also honors those who give the gift of life and those waiting for a life-saving transplant. Whether you're walking, running, or strolling, each step you take counts. This is more than just a fitness challenge – it's a way to show our support for the Donate Life movement and inspire others to join the cause. No additional equipment is needed all you need is your smartphone and the Pacer app to track your progress. Let's lace up our shoes, hit our stride, and make every step count for life!

Donations will support Team Buffalo as the team prepares for the 2026 Transplant Games of America. This challenge is limited to 100 participants with a suggested donation of at least $10.00 each.
