The Next DPC Kidney Chat is Nov. 12

The Dialysis Patient Citizens Education Center formed a support group called the “Kidney Chat”. The group meets every second Tuesday at 2:00 pm EST via telephone. Various guests, such as nephrologists, transplant surgeons, psychologists, nurses, nutritionists, and social workers are invited each month to share their expertise.

The next Kidney Chat call will be Tues., Nov. 12, at 2:00 p.m. EST. The November guest speaker will be Elizabeth Jones MSW, LCSW, FNKF, a Nephrology and Transplant social worker for Walter Reed Medical Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
