Diana Leising is seeking a living donor

Diana Leising is hoping for a living kidney donor. She and her husband Dan live in Sanborn, NY and enjoy the simple life with their three German Shepherds. The couple is proud of their three sons, Brian, 23; Jake, 21; and Danny, 17.

“I don’t want much, just to watch my youngest graduate from high school and see my boys get married and have their children,” she said. “I put it in God’s hands and pray that I get a gracious donor!”

Dan had hoped he could give Diana one of his own kidneys, but the family learned in November that wouldn’t be possible. “He took it a lot harder than I did,” Diana said. “However, I am really praying that we can find a donor. My kidney function is getting worse each month and I am nervous.”
